This is the last Beetle used by the "ADAC" (the German automotive society).
The Beetle is a VW 1300, but looks more like a '67-'70 VW 1200, with the round bumpers and the headlights (vertical headlamp lens, used since 1967).
But it has no ventilation openings behind the rear side window, which were installed after 1970.
