This Buggy is based on a shortened VW Beetle chassis. The "C" stands for "Court" = short. A longer version ("L" = "Longue") was also available.
Every engine from the VW Beetle in that time (1.2-1.6l, 34-50hp) was installed in the Apal Buggy.
