After a series of prorotypes,
the first "Volkswagen" developed 1938 to its final design.
The Nazis planned to sell it for only 990 RM
as "KdF-Wagen" (Kraft durch Freude = strength through joy).
Due to the WWII the production never started.
This Typ 60 is one of only few still existing Typ 60 today.
