Seat

Seat is a Spanish automobile manufacturer founded in 1950 by the Instituto Nacional de Industria (INI), with initial Fiat assistance, and from 1990 on a wholly owned subsidiary of the German Volkswagen Group. Until the 1980's Seat built rebadged Fiat models, and since the 1990's the cars made by Seat share their technical base with models from Volkswagen.
