Saab

Saab stands for "Svenska Aeroplan AktieBolaget". The company was founded in 1937, the first car-prototyp was shown in 1947. Production started in 1950. In 1990 General Motors bought 51% of the company, and since 2000 100% of Saab belongs to GM.
