The Phantom was the first Rolls-Royce developement under the ownership of BMW.
And it was the successor to the Phantom-series and not to the Silver Seraph.
The V12-engine was from BMW, the displacement increased from 6.0l to 6.75l.
The Coupe was based on the Phantom but with a shorter wheelbase.
