The Porsche 968 was the last evolution of the Porsche 4cylinder
entry-level model. It followed the 944 and was built until 1995. It was succeeded
by the Boxster.
With the 968 CS Porsche tried to improve the sales of the 968-series. It was much lighter and cheaper
than the normal 968. But it didn't helped, the 968 CS was still to slow.
