The Ruf CTR "Yellow Bird" is perhaps the most famous tuned vehicle of the 80s.
Ruf took the Porsche 911 and modified it heavily: the engine was equipped with two turbocharger,
the body was lightened. It was the fastest road-legal car in that time, faster than a Porsche 959 or a Ferrari F40.
Time on the Nürburgring ("Nordschleife"): 8:10min.
