The Italian Piero Dusio ordered the Porsche engineering office to design
a Grand-Prix-racercar for his new brand Cisitalia in 1946. The Cisitalia 360 was a very
advanced construction, with a all aluminium body and all wheel drive. Due to financial problems
the car never raced. Two Cisitalia were built, one complete car, exhibit in the Porsche-Museum in Suttgart, Germany
and another not yet completed, shown for a short time in the Museum PROTOTYP in Hamburg, Germany.
