The Italian car maker Fiat bought the NSU Factory in Heilbronn, Germany in 1929.
In this factory Fiat started to produce Fiat vehicles and sell them as NSU-Fiat. This
lasted until 1966, when these cars were renamed to Neckar, and in 1969 the production ceased.
