The Mercedes-Benz CLS-Class (C219) was based on the E-Class (W211).
Mercedes-Benz saw its position between the E and the S-Class.
The CLS created a new segment for 4door coupes and became very successful.
The Brabus Rocket accelerated in 29.5s from zero to 300kph/186mph.
The torque was electronically limited to 1100Nm/811lb-ft, without limiter it would be 1320Nm/974lb-ft.
