The Sauber C11 was the successor to the Sauber C9. The C11 did not take part of the 24Hours of LeMans in that year,
because Mercedes concentrated on defending the world championship in the sportprototype class.
The C11 won it with ease, driven by drivers like Jochen Mass or Michael Schumacher.
