The Mercedes-Benz W03 12/55PS was developed by Ferdinand Porsche. The car sold badly from the beginning,
it was large and heavy and underpowered. The W03 was replaced by the Typ 370 Mannheim.
This was the first new car after the merger of Mercedes and Benz, together with the Mercedes-Benz 8/38PS.
