Mazda

Maserati was founded in 1920 by Jujiro Matsuda as Toyo Cork Kogyo Ltd. Since 1960 Mazda is producing cars, and in 1979 Ford bought 33.4% of Mazda, since then Mazda is part of the Ford Motor Company.
