The Mazda RX8 replaced the RX7, but while the RX7 was a true sports car,
the RX8 was more comfortable and roomy, with a very unique door concept. And it is
the last production car with an rotary engine on the world.
The RX8 is built since 2003, with a facelift in 2009.
The Hydrogen RE RX8 you can use with gasoline or with hydrogen, and it will be
available for leasing from 2010 in Europe.
The 109hp engine is the hydrogen mode, the 210hp engine the gasoline mode. you can switch between them on the same car. Pictures taken at the Frankfurt Auto Show 2009 in Frankfurt, Germany |
