The Stratos was planned and built to race with it in the Rally Championship. To homologate it, it was required to build at least 400 cars
for the road. The engine was built by Ferrari and also used in the Dino 246GT/GTS and in the Fiat Dino, the body was designed
by Bertone. The Rallye-Version was very successful in the 70s and early 80s and won many times in rally races.
