The Italdesign Aztec was part of three concept cars Italdesign showed in 1988
to celebrate the 20th birthday of Italdesign. These concepts (Aztec, Aspid, Asgard) were based on a Lancia Delta Integrale chassis
with a Audi Quattro engine. Normally, such concepts cars were shown on a
car show, and then they disappear, sometimes forever. But this time, the Aztec was built around 50 times.
