The French car maker "Georges Richards" was founded in 1893 by the Brothers Georges and Maxime Richard.
Around 1900 the Engineer Henri Brasier was engaged, a year later the Brothers Richards left the company.
The cars were sold as "Richard-Brasier". From 1907 there were no more cars sold with the name "Richards".
