The successor to the 250GT/Lusso (1962-1964) was first shown in 1964 as the 275GTB. THe body was sitting on the same SWB
chassis, but with new independent suspension. After 1 year, the car received a facelift with a new front end design.

This car was already equipped with a 6-carburetor engine similar to the later 275GTB/4.
