The 250GT/E 2+2 succeded the 250GT Coupe P.F. It was still based on the 250GT Coupe,
but engine and transmission was moved 20cm/8in. forward to increase the interior space.
It was the first time, a 250GT-model had enough room for more than 2 persons.
