The Citroën M35 was a coupe based on the Citroën Ami 8, but instead of the
engine of the 2CV it had a prototype rotary engine. The M35 was not officially sold but given
to loyal customers. They had to drive at least 30,000km/18,600mi per year and to comment
anything about their experiences with this car to Citroën. Based on this experiences,
three years later the Citroën GS Birotor was launched.
