The 2CV was devoloped out of the Citroën TPV-prototype. The 2CV was a very simple but also very cheap car.
Therefore, it was an instant success. It was built until 1990.
The 4x4 Sahara was a very special 2CV, equipped with two engines, one in the front, one in the back.
The driver can choose which engine should run: the front engine, rear engine, or both. The front engine drives the front wheels
the rear engine the rear wheels, with both engines, the car has four wheel drive
