The Bugatti Type 57 succeeded the Type 49. The modell was all new and designed by
Jean Bugatti, the son of Ettore Bugatti. It became very successful and famous,
especially because of models like the Atalante or Atlantic.
The Atlantic was built two or three times (not completely proven) and is perhaps the most famous Bugatti
ever built, and surely the most expensive (if ever one will be sold). Because of the rarity, there are several
reproductions of these cars. This is one of these reproductions. It look very similar to the orignal chassis no. 57.491
now owned by Ralph Lauren. The one on the pictures is possibly built by Eric Koux. (Specification above are from the orignal Atlantic).

Pictures taken at the "Technoclassica 2008" in Essen, Germany.
