Borgward

In 1905 "Hansa" and in 1906 "Namag" (Lloyd) were founded, they merged in 1914 to "Hansa-Lloyd" but split again in 1918. Eleven Years later they had critical financial problems and were taken over by "Goliath-Werke Borgward & Co. GmbH". In 1960 they had financial problems again, and in the year 1963, when "Carl F. W. Borgward" died, the production ceased.
